As an ordained interfaith minister, I accompany others in their exploration of purpose, identity, and belonging. In tending to the human spirit, I support meaning-making of these and other existential matters, regardless of spiritual or religious background.

Whether you're marking a joyous occasion or navigating a time of grief, my offerings reflect the values, stories, and spirit of those involved.

Fees from weddings, celebrations of life, and other services help sustain my community work, allowing me to offer support to those in need.

Caring for the whole self involves tending to mind, body, and spirit. We turn to medical professionals for our physical body and mental health experts for our emotional well-being. But what about our spirit?

As an interfaith minister, I serve as an instrument of the Divine, guiding creative, joy-filled, and resilience-building projects to help my community thrive. Grounded in mysticism, Eastern wisdom traditions, feminist spirituality, and Earth-based practices, I care for the human spirit, walking alongside others through life’s challenges and celebrations. 

Spirituality is the dimension of our humanity that holds core needs shared by all humans: connection, belonging, self-worth, hope, peace, meaning, love, and forgiveness. These naturally drive our search for meaning as we seek to make sense of our experiences and find purpose in life’s journey. 

Life's challenges and joys naturally stir these deeper questions, and we often lean on loved ones or trusted mentors for support. Yet, there are times when we may long for the guidance of a trained professional—someone who can walk alongside us as we navigate life’s complexities.

I offer a non-analytic, non-coercive, and nonjudgmental presence to aid in meaning-making and perspective-taking, bring you a greater sense of peace, a deeper connection to your unique spiritual gifts, and cultivate a greater relationship to what is sacred in your life.

My credentials and qualifications include:

• Nationally Board Certified Duke Integrative Medicine Health & Wellness coach 
• Board Certified Chaplain with experience in mental health, emergency, and pediatric chaplaincy with a Master of Divinity from Naropa University
• Ordained as an interfaith minister through The Chaplaincy Institute in Berkley, CA
• Certified Interfaith Spiritual Director 

I incorporate a diverse set of knowledge, skills, and modalities, including:

• Contemplative and spiritual arts
• Positive psychology
• Neuroscience
• Compassion-based interventions
• Shinrin-yoku (also known as forest therapy  or therapy bathing)
• Mindful movement (yoga and qi gong)
• Mindfulness rooted in Mahayana Buddhism traditions (Vajrayāna and Zen)
